Yoga Teacher
Erik started practicing yoga in high school when ordinary gym class got turned into yoga class every Wednesday. Little did that rebellious high schooler know that this was the beginning of a lifelong practice. Life did not go as planned for Erik after graduating high school, but he noticed that the more yoga he practiced the better he could handle the hard things. During a world religion course, Erik was reintroduced to yoga from a Hindu perspective and fell in love again. Over 900 training hours later, things still don't go as planned, but Erik is content with that.
Erik specializes in teaching mindfulness and restorative classes. For him, yoga is a work-in not a work-out. Erik also practices Buddhism and often incorporates it into classes in the forms of mindfulness, attitude, and philosophy. Yoga isn't just for the body, it's for the mind and soul as well. Mind, body, and soul are all connected so it's important to work on all at the same time.

Livia has been a practitioner of yoga since 2002, and began teaching in 2009. Over the years, yoga has been a discovery of strength, flexibility, and creativity for Livia. She favors a powerful practice with thoughtful sequencing, and puts forth effort to offer variations that cater to all skill levels in class. Yoga Teacher
Roger has 200 hr teacher training and is certified to teach Trauma Recovery Yoga (T.R.Y.) and completed a college course in Kinesiology. His teaching approach is immersed in Mind/Breath/Body relationships. Emphasis is on wellness benefits that can be cultivated in any age or body type. He studied meditation and Eastern traditions for years seeking healing following a severe emotional trauma. Students can expect a safe space for emotional healing and to explore within the context of what their own body is communicating. Enjoy yoga with a sense of humor. Classes are a "judgement free zone." Students are encouraged to “stay on your own mat” and will often hear “full effort equals full victory.”
