Morning Stretch is a gentle, slow-paced yoga practice designed to help you ease into your day with presence and care. Through mindful stretching, simple postures, and steady breath, we create space in the body, clarity in the mind, and a soft sense of connection within.
This is a practice of balance—between effort and ease, movement and stillness. Accessible for beginners and welcoming to all bodies, Morning Stretch invites you to listen inward and move at your own pace. Come as you are, and leave feeling more open, grounded, and ready to meet the day.

This is a great way to start the week off right! We will begin with gentle movements to awaken the body and gradually progress to an energizing sequence, sure to make you feel ready to tackle your week. Then share space with us through meditation as we let go of the things from the week that have served their stressful purposes, and set the mindful love-filled tone and intentions for the week ahead. This is a 75-min class and all levels are welcome!

Begin the week with deep relaxation using different styles of slowing down. Every class will include long stretches with plenty of props, as well as breathing & time.
The first Monday will be a full class of restorative poses. The second Monday will end with a long Savasana and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep). The third Monday will be a full class of Yin Yoga poses. The fourth Monday will use tennis and lacrosse balls for myofascial release. Any fifth Mondays will be a surprise.

Start your day with this all-level gentle flow class. It will be a mind, body, and soul experience. Expect to leave feeling inspired, maybe challenged, yet calm and relaxed, as we also incorporate gentle yin-like lengthening stretches and breathwork guidance.

This Valentine’s evening is an invitation to slow down together—to step out of habit and into presence.
Rather than a loud night out or another evening lost to screens, Couples Night In (Without the Couch) offers a warm, intentional space to reconnect through movement, touch, sound, and shared rest. No experience is required—only a willingness to arrive as you are, together.
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony, opening the heart gently and setting the tone for an evening of attunement and ease. From there, you’ll be guided through a couples grounding ritual, inviting both bodies to settle, breathe, and arrive in the same moment.
A 30-minute gentle partner yoga practice will follow—accessible, slow, and rooted in choice and communication. This is not about performance or flexibility, but about listening, supporting, and being supported. You’ll explore simple movements designed to build trust, soften tension, and invite ease into shared space.
Next, you’ll learn a guided foot massage sequence, offering practical tools you can take home with you. With clear instruction and an emphasis on consent and comfort, couples will take turns giving and receiving nurturing touch—simple, soothing, and deeply regulating.
We’ll close the evening with a gentle couples sound bath, allowing the nervous system to rest and integrate. As sound fills the room, you’ll be invited to lie down together, letting vibration and stillness do the work that words often cannot.
This evening is about remembering:
how to slow down together
how to listen with the body
how connection can feel when there is nothing to fix or prove
This experience will be co-led by Dawn Cannon, yoga teacher and sound healer, and Eben Lundberg, massage therapist and sound healer. Together, they offer a calm, trauma-aware, and grounded approach to embodied connection—one that honors both individuality and togetherness.

Join us for a cozy, nourishing Friday evening (Friday the 13th) designed to help you slow down, soften your body, and open to insight — all in good company.
Mocktails & Tarot is a welcoming, beginner-friendly gathering that weaves together gentle yoga, intuitive exploration, and heartfelt connection.
We’ll begin with a gentle hatha yoga practice, led by Dawn, created to be accessible for all bodies and all levels of yoga experience. This practice is less about doing and more about arriving — grounding into the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space to listen inwardly.
As we move, Kajsa will be crafting a few fresh, alcohol-free mocktails, infused with real fruits and herbs — something delicious to sip as the evening unfolds.
After yoga, Dawn will guide the group through an oracle card spread, with each participant pulling their own cards. You’ll be invited to reflect on the imagery, symbols, and messages that arise — not from a place of prediction, but from curiosity and inner wisdom. Dawn will also share several simple oracle and tarot spreads you can take home and use in your own personal practice for reflection, clarity, or intention-setting.
We’ll sip our mocktails, share reflections (as much or as little as you like), and enjoy a relaxed, open conversation about tarot, oracle cards, and intuitive practices. The evening will close with unstructured time to chat, connect, and simply be in community together.
✨ Bring your own oracle or tarot deck, or feel free to use one of ours.
✨ No prior yoga, tarot, or oracle experience needed — just curiosity and an open heart.

There is a wisdom in the succulent/cactus.
It knows how to survive harsh conditions.
It knows how to conserve energy.
It knows when to protect itself—and when to soften and bloom.
Spines & Softness is an evening devoted to honoring both parts of ourselves:
the places where we’ve grown protective, and the tender spaces beneath that still long for rest, care, and beauty.
This soul-nourishing gathering weaves together restorative yoga, guided meditation, nature-based wisdom, and creative ritual—offering a slow, intentional pause at the threshold of spring.
We’ll begin by settling into the body through a deeply restful restorative yoga practice led by Dawn, supported by props and gentle guidance. You’ll be invited to soften your nervous system, release held tension, and rest in the quiet knowing that you don’t need to do anything to be worthy of care.
From this grounded place, Kajsa will offer a short, heart-centered talk on biophilia—our innate connection to the natural world—and how plants support emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being. Through the lens of the succulent, we’ll explore themes of boundaries, adaptability, and slow, intentional growth.
The evening then turns toward creative ritual.
You’ll be guided through a pot-decorating experience, where you’ll personalize your vessel with intention, reflection, and play. Once your pot is complete, you’ll plant your own succulent—creating a living reminder of the balance between protection and tenderness, resilience and rest.
You’ll leave with:
a calmer nervous system
a deeper sense of grounded presence
and a custom-planted succulent to care for as a symbol of your own becoming
No prior yoga or plant experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
This is a night for those who feel tired, tender, resilient, curious, creative, or quietly hopeful—
for anyone learning how to be gentle without giving up their strength.
Restorative yoga practice
Guided meditation
Biophilia talk
Pot decorating supplies
Succulent plant(s) + soil
Time for reflection, creativity, and community

A Full-Day Women’s Retreat

Step away from the noise and come back to yourself.
Blooming into Authenticity is a one-day women’s retreat devoted to slowing down, softening the nervous system, and reconnecting with the truest version of who you are—the self beneath the roles, expectations, and endless to-do lists.
This day is not about fixing or becoming something new. It’s about remembering. About creating the kind of spaciousness where clarity can rise naturally, where the body can speak, and where your inner wisdom is welcomed without urgency.
Held in a warm, supportive container at Sunflower Yoga Studio, this retreat invites you into a rhythm of movement, stillness, creativity, and connection—each piece intentionally woven to help you listen inward and bloom in your own time.
We’ll begin in circle, gathering as women have for generations—introducing ourselves, grounding together, and setting gentle intentions for the day. From the start, you’ll be invited to arrive exactly as you are, without performance or pressure.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through:
Grounding yoga designed to support regulation, embodiment, and presence—accessible, nurturing, and rooted in listening to your body rather than pushing it
Guided meditation practices that invite quiet reflection, inner awareness, and rest
A nourishing shared lunch, offering both physical nourishment and a chance to connect in simple, human ways
Creative flower mandala making, using beauty and symbolism as a pathway to insight and expression
Journaling and reflection, with prompts that encourage honesty, curiosity, and self-trust
Intuitive movement set to music—no choreography, no right or wrong, no expectation to perform. Just an invitation to let the body move as it wishes
A supportive women’s circle, where sharing is optional and presence is enough
A closing circle to integrate the day, honor what has surfaced, and gently prepare to carry it forward
This retreat is spacious by design. There is room for laughter and tears, for quiet moments and meaningful connection, for resting and moving, for being witnessed and for turning inward.
This day is for women who are feeling the pull to slow down.
For those who sense there is more truth available beneath the busyness.
For those who want to reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their inner voice—without having to explain or justify where they are.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All bodies, ages, and life stages are welcome.
Come as you are. Stretchy pants encouraged.
Your truest self already knows the way.
This retreat is lovingly held by Jennette Stone, LCSW, and Dawn Cannon, who bring together trauma-informed counseling, embodied yoga, mindfulness, and years of experience holding space for women in seasons of transition, healing, and growth.

An evening of gentle release, nervous system nourishment, and deep listening.
This one-hour sound bath is an invitation to lay down what you’ve been carrying—without effort, without explanation, without needing to know how to let go.
We’ll begin with a few moments of simple grounding to help the body settle and feel supported. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, and other healing instruments. The vibrations move through the body like waves, meeting whatever is ready to soften, unwind, or rebalance.
There is no pushing here.
No fixing.
Only sound doing what sound does best—creating space.
You’re welcome to arrive just as you are. Resting, releasing, or simply receiving are all perfect ways to be present.

We’ll begin with non-alcoholic fresh juice mimosas and light snacks, allowing time to settle, connect, and arrive fully. From there, you’ll be guided into a short grounding meditation, helping your nervous system transition from movement into stillness.
Then, you’ll be invited to get as comfortable as possible — wrapped in blankets, supported by bolsters — as you receive a 45-minute immersive sound bath. The layered vibrations of sound gently wash over the body, supporting relaxation, integration, and a quiet sense of ease.
