Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan. A lot of other yoga traditions focus a lot on the physical body but Kundalini Yoga also works on the more subtle layers.
Many other yoga practices focus on asana, which are poses and postures. Kundalini yoga focuses more on kriyas, which are repetitive movements. Every class will also include a mediation after the yoga set.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation while maintaining awareness. This practice systematically leads you through breathwork, body scanning, and visualization, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the mind to settle into a place of stillness.
Unlike traditional sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a liminal state between wakefulness and rest, where profound healing and restoration can occur. Science-backed benefits of Yoga Nidra include:
🌿 Reduced stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system
🌙 Improved sleep quality and relief from insomnia
🧘♀️ Increased self-awareness and emotional resilience
✨ Enhanced focus, creativity, and mental clarity
💖 Deep relaxation and nervous system restoration
Each workshop at Sunflower Yoga Studio begins with gentle stretching, breathwork, and optional journaling to prepare the body and mind. We then transition into a fully supported 40-45 minute guided Yoga Nidra practice, allowing you to surrender into deep rest.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring an open heart. Whether you seek relief from stress or a deeper connection with yourself, Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to restore balance and invite peace into your life.
Join us and experience the art of deep rest. 🌿💫

🌻 All levels and all body types welcome. No prior experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
A Workshop for Inner Clarity — See. Clear. Shine.
BODY INTEGRATION
ENERGY + PATTERN MAPPING
BREATHWORK + MEDITATION
What does it mean to truly see yourself?
So often, our vision gets clouded—by old stories, other people’s expectations, and the noise of daily life. We look in the mirror, but we don’t always recognize the fullness of who we are.
This evening retreat is an invitation to pause, clear the fog, and remember the truth of your own reflection.
Whether you feel disconnected, stuck in patterns of self-doubt, or simply ready to reconnect with your authentic self, this workshop will guide you back to inner visibility.
Dawn + Amanda will share practices they have used on their own journeys to help you peel back layers of conditioning, dissolve inner distortions, and step into the clarity of your soul’s light.
Seeing yourself clearly is not about perfection.
It’s about remembering the brilliance that’s always been there.
This 3.5-hour event includes:
• Opening Circle
• Movement + Breath to connect to your body and ground into presence
• Human Design Chart exploration to uncover where you may carry distortion, overwhelm, and patterns that blur your clarity
• Subconscious Pattern Mapping to identify beliefs that block self-seeing
• Breakout Group Exercise for reflection and connection
• Full-body integration through breathwork and sound
Please Note: We will reach out using the email on your registration the week before the event to gather information for your Human Design chart.
The price and hours blocked for each week will vary by renter and is written out in each rental contract.
