Gentle Flow Yoga

Join us for this heart-centered class designed to bring ease, presence, and harmony into your practice.

Through pranayama (breathwork) and a gentle yoga flow, this practice will help you reconnect with your body, soothe your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Each movement is guided by breath, offering a meditative rhythm that nurtures both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. We close with a deeply restorative savasana, allowing space for integration and renewal.

This class is more than movement—it’s a sacred pause. A space to feel supported, to flow with grace, and to invite healing into your practice and your life. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply nourished in mind, body, and spirit.

Morning Stretch

Morning Stretch is a slower-paced class, focused on stretching the whole body for better mobility and relaxation. This class is great for all levels!

Movement & Meditation

This is a great way to start the week off right! We will begin with gentle movements to awaken the body and gradually progress to an energizing sequence, sure to make you feel ready to tackle your week. Then share space with us through meditation as we let go of the things from the week that have served their stressful purposes, and set the mindful love-filled tone and intentions for the week ahead. This is a 75-min class and all levels are welcome!

Rest and Restore

Begin the week with deep relaxation using different styles of slowing down. Every class will include long stretches with plenty of props, as well as breathing & time.

The first Monday will be a full class of restorative poses. The second Monday will end with a long Savasana and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep). The third Monday will be a full class of Yin Yoga poses. The fourth Monday will use tennis and lacrosse balls for myofascial release. Any fifth Mondays will be a surprise.

Restorative Nidra

Discover deep rest and renewal in this calming blend of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.

The first half of class gently opens the body with fully supported restorative postures, inviting the nervous system to soften and unwind. With the body relaxed and the mind settled, we then transition into Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep”—that leads you into a liminal space between wakefulness and rest.

This class is taught through a trauma-informed lens, meaning you’ll always be offered choices in how you participate, with no pressure to move a certain way or stay in a posture longer than feels right for you. Gentle options, supportive props, and invitational language are used throughout to create a safe, welcoming space where you are in charge of your own experience.

Restorative Nidra is a sanctuary of stillness, designed to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner calm. No experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to receive rest in its deepest form.

All levels and all bodies are welcome. Leave feeling lighter, nourished, and held in mind, body, and spirit.

Sunrise Flow

Start your day with this all-level gentle flow class. It will be a mind, body, and soul experience. Expect to leave feeling inspired, maybe challenged, yet calm and relaxed, as we also incorporate gentle yin-like lengthening stretches and breathwork guidance.

This class explores the fundamentals of yoga at a pace that welcomes beginners while still offering depth for seasoned practitioners. You’ll learn and refine essential postures, safe alignment, and mindful breathing practices, all in a supportive environment.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or revisiting the fundamentals to strengthen your practice, Yoga Fundamentals provides the tools to build confidence, stability, and ease.

Meditation at Dawn
Begin your Tuesday morning with a clear and grounded start from the comfort of your own home. This 30-minute virtual class offers a guided meditation or guided intention-setting practice to help you connect with your breath, center your mind, and step into the day with clarity and purpose. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, focused, and ready to move through your day with ease.

Investment: $8 drop-in
Free for Unlimited Members.
Other members may use one class credit, though you may prefer to pay the $8 drop-in due to the lower per-class cost.

Breathe to the Beat is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you drop into your body, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect to your inner rhythm. The electronic music is curated to help move energy through your body. The session will end with a soothing sound bath to anchor the nervous system, allowing you to integrate, restore, and realign.

Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is designed to work on the subtle layers of the body. Kundalini Yoga focuses on kriyas which are repetitive movements. A lot of the class will be a repeated movement for a few minutes before switching to a new movement.

This workshop is offered monthly & usually on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Each time the workshop theme will vary.


Bring a yoga mat to practice on. This practice can be adapted to a chair. This workshop is for everyone whether you have never practiced Kundalini Yoga or if you are an experienced teacher.

Sound Bath at Sunflower Studio
Take a pause from the busyness of life and step into the nurturing space of Sunflower Studio, your yoga home. Each Sound Bath is a guided journey into deep rest, weaving together gentle breathwork, calming meditation, and the resonant tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks.

As the vibrations move through your body, your nervous system is invited to soften, release, and restore balance. This is a time to ground, reconnect, and simply be—held by sound, community, and the safe, welcoming energy of our studio.

No prior experience is needed; just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the healing power of sound to do the rest.

Dawn + Amanda will share practices they have used on their own journeys to help you peel back layers of conditioning, dissolve inner distortions, and step into the clarity of your soul’s light.

Hourly Studio Rental

Rent Sunflower Studio by the hour. Price also includes 15 minutes of set up and 15 minutes of clean up time.

You will be required to vacuum and mop the floor when you're finished, so please plan your rental time accordingly. A $30 cleaning fee will be charged if we have to do additional cleaning after you are finished.

Join us Thanksgiving morning for a free community yoga class led by Roger. This energizing practice will get your body moving, heart pumping, and mind grounded before the holiday feast.

With pose options for beginners through advanced practitioners, you’ll build heat, find alignment, and leave feeling grateful, strong, and ready for the day ahead.

Halloween Yoga Fun

Come join us for an hour of Halloween themed yoga fun! We will practice poses, movement, breath exercises, stories, and affirmations themed around Halloween. This class is designed to connect you with the playfulness inside of you regardless of your age. Anyone from kids to adults will be able to enjoy this class. Remember that yoga doesn't always need to be serious and strict.


Come prepared for movement, stillness, and moments in between. Feel free to come in costume if you can move effectively in it, but there's no need to ruin a good costume if it's not made for movement. Most of all, come with an open mind and open heart to connect with your inner child.

Anyone under 18 can come for free with an accompanying adult.
