Mindful Hatha Yoga

This all-levels class invites students into a thoughtful, embodied hatha practice where awareness leads the way—and a little humor keeps things human. The instructor offers a range of options within each posture, encouraging students to explore strength, stability, balance and flexibility with emotional presence while honoring their own bodies and experience levels.

You’ll be guided to notice effort without strain, challenge without pressure, and to practice with curiosity rather than ego.

Expect an accessible, empowering class that balances focus with lighthearted moments and meets you exactly where you are.
