Restorative Nidra

Discover deep rest and renewal in this calming blend of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra.

The first 20 minutes of class gently open the body with fully supported restorative postures, inviting the nervous system to soften and unwind. With the body relaxed and the mind settled, we then transition into Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep”—that leads you into a liminal space between wakefulness and rest.

This class is taught through a trauma-informed lens, meaning you’ll always be offered choices in how you participate, with no pressure to move a certain way or stay in a posture longer than feels right for you. Gentle options, supportive props, and invitational language are used throughout to create a safe, welcoming space where you are in charge of your own experience.

Restorative Nidra is a sanctuary of stillness, designed to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner calm. No experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to receive rest in its deepest form.

All levels and all bodies are welcome. Leave feeling lighter, nourished, and held in mind, body, and spirit.
