Sunday Soften Yoga

Slow, aligned Hatha. Breath-led movement. Full-body ease.

Sunday Soften is a gentle, steady Hatha practice designed to help you release the week and return to yourself. Through slow, intentional movement, mindful alignment, and spacious stretching, we’ll lengthen and open the whole body without rushing or forcing.

Each class weaves together conscious breath, accessible postures, and quiet moments of awareness. You’ll move at an unhurried pace, exploring foundational shapes with options and support so every body feels welcome. Expect full-body stretching, steady strengthening, and time to simply notice what is here.

This is a practice of softening—not collapsing, but easing into steadiness.
Not pushing, but allowing.

Perfect for all levels, Sunday Soften invites you to close your week with presence and step into the next one grounded, open, and restored.
