Gentle Yoga, Healing & Community Sanctuary

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is designed to work on the subtle layers of the body. Kundalini Yoga focuses on kriyas which are repetitive movements. A lot of the class will be a repeated movement for a few minutes before switching to a new movement. We will practice a Kriya set called Sadhana Exercises and then a meditation called Simple Man's Prayer.
Bring a yoga mat to practice on. This workshop is for everyone whether you have never practiced Kundalini Yoga or if you are an experienced teacher.
