Following a Sunday morning yoga class, we’ll gather for an unhurried community pause — a space to savor simple nourishment, gentle connection, and deep rest. You can sign up for yoga & this event or this event alone.
We’ll begin with non-alcoholic fresh juice mimosas and light snacks, allowing time to settle, connect, and arrive fully. From there, you’ll be guided into a short grounding meditation, helping your nervous system transition from movement into stillness.
Then, you’ll be invited to get as comfortable as possible — wrapped in blankets, supported by bolsters — as you receive a 45-minute immersive sound bath. The layered vibrations of sound gently wash over the body, supporting relaxation, integration, and a quiet sense of ease.
No effort required.
No fixing.
Just receiving.
This gathering is for anyone craving a softer Sunday — a way to close the weekend feeling nourished, regulated, and gently re-woven into themselves.
