🪷 Pathways to Peace

Trauma-Informed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

April 25 – July 31, 2026 | Hybrid Format

Pathways to Peace is a trauma-informed 200-hour yoga teacher training rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and modern nervous system science. Designed for therapists, caregivers, service professionals, and those on their own healing journey, this program supports teaching — and living — from safety, presence, and integrity.

Through a hybrid format that blends in-person weekend immersions with live online learning, students explore yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, mindfulness, pranayama, meditation, and trauma-informed teaching methodology. Emphasis is placed on choice, embodiment, ethical practice, and nervous system regulation, integrating principles from polyvagal theory and somatic awareness.

This training offers:

  • A comprehensive foundation for teaching Hatha-based yoga with sensitivity and confidence

  • Trauma-informed approaches to cueing, sequencing, and holding space

  • Mentorship within a small, supportive cohort

  • Opportunities for self-inquiry, reflection, and supervised community teaching

Program Format

  • Six in-person weekend immersions at Sunflower Studio (Taylorsville, UT)

  • Weekly live Zoom sessions (Wednesdays, 7–9 pm)

  • Independent study, reflective writing, and teaching practicum

  • Graduation circle and certificate upon completion

Certification
Graduates receive a 200-hour Certificate from The Creatrix Yoga School and are eligible to register as RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.

This program is intentionally paced and relational. Space is limited to maintain depth, mentorship, and community connection.
