This gentle yoga class is an invitation to move in ways that honor your body as it is.

Designed for real bodies, beginners, older adults, and anyone who has ever felt that yoga wasn’t for them, this practice offers accessible postures, thoughtful variations, and a steady, unhurried pace. Breathwork helps calm the nervous system, while mindful movement builds ease, mobility, and quiet strength—without pressure or strain.

There is no expectation to push, perform, or keep up. You’re encouraged to listen, modify, and rest as needed. Chairs, blocks, bolsters, and wall support are always welcome.

Each class ends with a deeply restful savasana, allowing time to integrate and renew.

Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Leave feeling supported, grounded, and gently reconnected.
