Midweek Reset is a gentle, trauma-informed yoga class designed to help you soften, regulate, and reconnect.
This practice moves at a steady, accessible pace with options offered throughout. You’ll be invited — never pushed — to explore simple shapes, grounding breathwork, and mindful transitions that support nervous system balance. There is no pressure to “achieve” a pose here. Choice, autonomy, and inner awareness are always honored.
Rooted in trauma-informed principles and often guided by a licensed mental health therapist (LCSW), this class creates a space where you can feel safe in your body and supported in your experience. Language is invitational. Your pace is the right pace.
Whether your week has felt full, heavy, or simply busy, this hour is an opportunity to reset — to land back in yourself, to breathe more deeply, and to remember that your body is not something to fix, but something to come home to.
All levels welcome. Every body belongs.
Disclaimer: This class may be taught by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW); however, participation in this class does not constitute psychotherapy or a therapeutic relationship. The instructor is acting solely in the role of a yoga teacher. Trauma-informed yoga practices are supportive for well-being but are not intended to replace professional mental health care.
