August 21 – December 11, 2026
Hybrid Format | Sunflower Yoga Studio (Taylorsville, Utah)
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are—
and learning how to guide others from that place.
Pathways to Peace is a trauma-informed 200-hour yoga teacher training rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and enriched by nervous system science, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
Designed for therapists, caregivers, teachers, helpers, and those walking their own healing path, this training supports you in teaching—and living—from presence, safety, and trust.
Through a thoughtfully paced hybrid experience, you’ll not only learn how to teach yoga…
you’ll deepen your relationship with your own body, voice, and inner knowing.
